Arrival and departure times

We will be happy to welcome you from 4:00pm on your day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 7:00pm, please let us know. Please vacate the apartment by 10:00am on the day of departurein order to allow the next guests to start their holiday on time.

Prices and tourist tax

The listed room prices are per person per night. The listed apartment prices are per apartment per night. Tourist tax is € 1,50 per person (over 14 years) per night.

Pets and smoking

Please be aware that pets are not permitted at the Rosengartenhof. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

Payment

EU citizens may make cash payments up to a maximum of €2,999.00. Non-EU citizens may pay higher amounts in cash. We also accept Eurocheque cards (Germany), Visa and MasterCard.

Booking

Please note that bookings become binding upon payment of the deposit (booking guarantee) and dispatch of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. Furthermore, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code

Guest may cancel reservations without incurring cancellation charges up to 28 days before the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, a charge of 100% (bookings without board) and 80% (bookings with board) will be charged for each day on which the accommodation is not occupied by other guests. If the booked apartment or room is not used for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest shall pay 100% of the agreed total price.

Regulations in the event of early departure on the part of the guest

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Roter Hahn-Reiserücktrittsversicherung when you book. This will cover any cancellation fees and you can look forward your holiday with a clear mind. More information about costs and travel cancellation insurance can be found here
